Craig Mathieson, The Sell-In (a history of the mainstreaming of alternative rock in Australia; not bad, if a bit too JJJ-three-chord-grunge-centric, though the Australian mainstream has always leaned towards rockism)
Colin Larkin, The Virgin Encyclopedia of Indie and New Wave (1998)
