Troika Bar

acbThe Troika Bar (in Little Lonsdale St.; the site of this evening's weblogger meetup) is not a bad place to go. Industrial-design magazines on the magazine racks, Hoegaarden and Leffe Blond at the bar, and some pretty nifty artworks, including a sculpture of glowing valves (of the sort found in ancient electronic equipment).
(I had a photo of the latter, but it didn't come out.)
I'll probably have a hangover tomorrow morning. Still, it's not an uncommon occurrence after a blogmeet. (I.e., an excuse for people, most of whom have weblogs or something vaguely bloglike, to get together, talk about things (sometimes related to blogging/noomeeja, often not) and drink merrily.
