Slashdot has a poll on solutions to traffic congestion. I'm surprised that "More mass transit" is well ahead of "Build more roads" (26% to 5%); advocating public transport seems very socialistic and un-Libertarian for a site like Slashdot. Mind you, the most popular choice is "Teleportation", with 31%.

(re)construction time again

The machine that hosts my website is back online. The filesystems aren't all there yet, and it's not yet fully reachable (as BGP has yet to propagate), but it shan't be much longer.
