More reasons to drive: I waited about 10 minutes for the tram today, along with 9 other people who also, foolishly, expected it to follow the timetable. It finally arrived some 9 minutes late; as it approached the stop, one could make out the following tram sheepishly rounding the corner.

I went to the post office today to pick up a parcel. The radio (tuned to the usual commercial station) was playing that Delerium/Sarah McLachlan club/dance track from a few years ago. I found myself doing a spontaneous electroclash remix of it in my head.

Manufacturing Resent

A copy of Clag's Manufacturing Resent 7" arrived in the mail today, from a US record shop. It's very cute and very amusing. I'll probably post a review of the whole package to my blog shortly. A review, and some somewhat fanciful speculation, has been posted here.

In fact, I'm tempted to put MP3s up somewhere; given that it's a long-out-of-print indie release from 10 years ago, I suspect the copyright holders may not mind.
