Powdered chai

A coworker brought in a tin of Instant Chai Latte. It's a powder full of Essence of Chai Tea or somesuch which, when dissolved in hot water, produces an approximation of chai. It's interesting, convenient and not unpleasant; though not so much like chai tea as chai Ovaltine.
